Jermaine Freeman Mayor Kelly Chief of Staff talks about the big developments happening on the westside
“Development happening on 900 river front parkway, will have a significant amount of new housing that gets created near the bend site as part of the westside evolves program, which of course will provide housing for everyone who lives on the westside now,” said Jermaine Freeman.
With this new project ahead more jobs will be created, housing and a rise in support of small business.
“There will be a lot of new housing, and this is good because it means that you have more supply in the housing market, it also means that we create a little bit more density in our city which helps us support small business” said Chief of Staff Jermaine Freeman.
