Police: Husband shoots wife in argument over fireworks

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police say a shooting last night started with an argument over fireworks.

It happened just after midnight in a neighborhood in East Chattanooga.

First responders found a woman shot at the home on Hillwood Drive, not far from Tunnel Boulevard.

They say she suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators says she got into an argument with her husband over fireworks when he shot her.

Kenneth Craig faces a charge of Attempted First Degree Murder.
