Madisonville man indicted and arrested for sexual assault

MONROE COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) —  A Monroe County man has been indicted and arrested on sexual assault charges after a TBI investigation.

On September 5, 2024, TBI special agents were asked to investigate a sexual assault complaint that happened August 24, 2024.

While investigating, the TBI reported agents gathered information that Brian Hodge committed sexual battery against an individual at the Monroe County EMS station in Madisonville.

The Monroe County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Hodge with one count of sexual battery.

TBI agents were able to locate and arrest Hodge.

He was later booked into the Monroe County jail on a $10,000 bond.
