Overturned semi-truck causes I-24 E shutdown

UPDATE AS OF 7:53 A.M.– The two lanes are blocked with one lane of traffic open.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – An overturned semi-truck causes I-24 Eastbound to shut down on Friday morning.

A semi-truck overturned near Moccasin Bend causing traffic to come to a stand still all the way to Cummings Hwy.

Morning commutes to Chattanooga will be impacted.
