Authorities asking for assistance in locating missing teen

GRUNDY COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) —  The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) is asking everyone to be on the lookout for a missing teen.

Samuel Kayden Keith Westerfield left his home in East Ridge, Tennessee on New Years Eve.

According to GCSO, he is suspected to be making his way to Palmer, Tennessee / Grundy County.

Samuel is 15 years old, with thick brown curly hair, brown eyes, and 5 foot 9 inches tall.
