Phase 2 of I-24, I-75 interchange is underway, per TDOT

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) —  Over the next several days, drivers can expect some changes to the I-75, I-24 split.

According to TDOT, construction will be from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on I-75 North and South.

This is located between East Ridge and East Brainerd Road.

I-24 East and West from Germantown Road to Spring Creek Road will also be under construction.

Drivers can expect temporary lane closures in those affected areas.

All construction is weather permitting.

The entrance and exit ramps to I-24 between Belvoir Avenue and Moore Road are currently closed.

Law enforcement will be on the scene to help with traffic.
