Chattanooga Police respond to King Street shooting

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) —  Authorities are investigating a shoot that occurred on King Street over the weekend.

On February 9, 2025 at 2:43 a.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of King Street for reports of a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers did not locate a victim.

Shortly after, officers were made aware of a person shot who had arrived at a local hospital.

According to CPD, officers responded to the hospital and located a 22-year-old woman with non-life-threatening injuries.

CPD personnel are currently conducting an investigation into the shooting.
