Chattanooga Launches Community Input Platform

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga is taking a major step toward community-driven change with the launch of the Engage Chattanooga platform – a new way for residents to have a direct voice in shaping their neighborhoods. And first on the agenda? The future of our community centers.

To better meet the needs of Chattanooga community members, the city government is asking for participation in an online survey about what programs and services are offered at Community Centers.

Mayor Tim Kelly stated that the platform will create a central hub where Chattanoogans can give their input and help city officials make decisions to provide effective and responsive local governments.

Engage Chattanooga offers the convenience of accessing information and offering feedback on city initiatives from a central hub.

This survey will help city representatives and leaders better understand what opportunities, services, resources, and activities that Chattanoogans would like to see in their unique communities. Comments made by users will go directly to city representatives.

The survey is hosted by Engage Chattanooga and will run through February 17th.
