CPD arrest a suspect for a shooting on Manor Road

Hart after a shooting on the 3900 block of Manor Road.

Hart is being charged with aggravated assault, felony reckless endangerment, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

On February 28, at almost 9 P.M., Chattanooga Police responded to a person shot call on the 3900 block of Manor Road where they found a 27-year-old man with non-life-threatening injuries.

The man was taken to a local hospital. CPD’s Homicide Unit is investigating the incident.

The information is preliminary and is subject to change as the investigation continues.
