Hamilton County arrest followed a 21-count indictment

HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) – On March 9, 2025, at 9:15 a.m., deputies arrested Adam Morgan without incident in the 900 block of Kennington Hills Drive in Hamilton County, Tennessee.

This arrest followed a 21-count indictment issued by a Hamilton County Grand Jury, charging Morgan with:

10 counts of Solicitation of a Minor to Observe Sexual Conduct

10 counts of Especially Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

1 count of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

Deputies and detectives had been actively seeking to apprehend Morgan since the indictment was issued.
