Update on 41st Street Shooting

36 year old Tarek Baker told them he was walking down the street when an unknown person leaned out of a moving car and began shooting.

Baker suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Officers later spotted the suspect vehicle and gave chase.

It fled into Georgia, where officers caught on suspect, who is a minor.

He faces an attempted murder charge.

Investigators are looking for other suspects.
