One of TBI’s Most Wanted caught in Florida

Jacksonville, FL (WDEF) – Tennessee Bureau of Investigation officials say a fugitive from their Top Ten Most Wanted List was captured in Jacksonville, Florida.

Bryan James Cooke was added to the list just Monday.

He’s wanted by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department and TBI on two counts of Criminal Homicide.  

Gail and Gary Dodson were found dead in their home in Warren County earlier Monday.

Employees from their restaurant found them after they became concerned when they didn’t show up for work.

Jacksonville deputies arrested Cooke at a hotel Tuesday morning.

They recovered the Dodson’s stolen jeep in a nearby parking lot.

Cooke is being held as a Fugitive from Justice by Florida authorities pending extradition.
