Firetruck and pickup collide at Highway 58 intersection, three taken to hospital

HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — A collision involving a firetruck and a pickup truck left three individuals in the hospital Wednesday afternoon.
A firetruck and a Dodge Ram pickup collided at the intersection of Highway 58 and Career Lane around noon on March 26, 2025.
The collision resulted in minor injuries for all involved.
According to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the firetruck was responding to a residential fire when it entered the intersection.
A Dodge Ram traveling northbound then struck the front driver’s side of the firetruck.
Both firefighters and the Dodge Ram driver were transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
The investigation into the collision remains ongoing.
