Shallowford Road closed because of storm damage

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Due to the storm damage on June 7, Shallowford Road remains closed between Stein and Olan Mills Drive.

According to Chattanooga Police Department, utility crews assessed the area on Sunday evening. They estimate 24 to 48 hours to remove the downed wires obstructing the roadway.

Avoid the area or use alternate routes.
