Three arrested in human trafficking sting

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – The TBI says three people were arrested in a joint operation with the Chattanooga Police Department and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s office.

The arrests were the result of an ongoing investigation into human trafficking throughout East TN.

Law enforcement executed a search warrant at a home in the 1200 block of Greenwood Drive.

The TBI’s press release states that three individuals were arrested and booked into Silverdale.

37-year-old Jasmine Stone and 42-year-old Christina Dugger were charged with one count of prostitution each.

54-year-old Kelley Tate was charged with one count of promoting prostitution.

The TBI says they’re focused on identifying other potential victims of human trafficking.
