Perjury arrest in Bradley County
Bradley County, TN (WDEF) – A woman faces a charge of aggravated perjury.
Officials say 30-year-old Nicole Rachel Walker testified in an aggravated assault hearing in General Sessions Court.
They say her testimony under oath contradicted what she had told a Bradley County detective in previous statements.
Law enforcement took her from the courtroom into the county jail.
Bond was set at $10,000.
