CFC Expect Tough Challenge Against New York in NPSL Title Game
Chattanooga-(WDEF) The CFC will try to win their first ever NPSL national title tomorrow as they entertain the New York Cosmos B-team.
A huge crowd is expected at Finley Stadium, and the CFC will need all the support they can get from their 12th man because the Cosmos are really good.
They roll into Chattanooga with an 11-0-1 record, and they’ve scored 56 goals in their 12 games.
Said head coach Bill Elliott,"I believe this team will look different to the fans more than any team we have played against in terms of ball control and fitness. Chances that you get in these kind of games are usually few and far between, so when they come, you have to bury them."

Added goalie Greg Hartley,"I wouldn’t be surprised if they brought some of their first team players down just to try and play for their reserve team and scare us. Whoever they bring, we’re going to be ready."
Ticket sales are going extremely well. Finley Stadium has announced they will open the other stands for Saturday night’s game.
