Animal Services Looking to Identify Person Who Left Kitten Outside in a Trash Bag

A kitten was found inside of a trash bag this morning behind an East Ridge motel.
East Ridge Animal Services says this female kitten was found inside of a carrier inside that trash bag behind the Stay Express Inn and VP gas station on Ringgold Road.
They say the kitten would likely have died if not found because of the cold conditions.
