Man Arrested After Making Threats to Judge, Criminal Justice Officials

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A man has been arrested after making threats to a judge and other criminal justice officials.

Arrest warrants were issued for Michael Pearson after an investigation into threats made against multiple members of the criminal justice system, including a judge, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office says.

Pearson was located in Cleveland, Tennessee.

He was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail, where he was booked on one count of Harassment and three counts of Retaliation for Past Actions, HCSO says.
