Dalton man arrested for child molestation, aggravated sodomy

A Dalton man has been arrested on multiple charges, including child molestation, according to the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO).
On February 19th, 2026, Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office detectives served a warrant on a child molestation case.
They say as a result, Dustyn Stephens of Dalton was served with multiple warrants for the following charges:
O.C.G.A. 16-6-1 RapeO.C.G.A. 16-6-2(a)(2) Aggravated SodomyO.C.G.A. 16-6-22.2 Aggravated Sexual BatteryO.C.G.A. 16-6-4(a)(1) Child Molestation (2 Counts)
