Woman indicted after fatal Hwy 58 crash

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A woman has been indicted months after a deadly crash on Highway 58.

A Hamilton County Grand Jury has charged 41 year old Ashley Nichole Talley in connection with the crash that happened last August.

Talley faces charges of vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, reckless endangerment, and driving under the influence.

As we previously reported, one person was killed in the crash on Highway 58 in August. The indictment identifies the victim as Amanda McKee.

The indictment moves the case forward in criminal court. No additional details about the upcoming court date were immediately available.
