Bradley County fugitive arrested
Bradley County, TN (WDEF) – Bradley County deputies arrrest 49-year-old Ricky Alan Huggins on Failure to Appear charges in connection with Violation of the Sex Offender registry.
He’s been on the County’s
Top Ten Most Wanted list for weeks.Sheriff Eric Watson credits readers of our media partner the Cleveland Daily Banner for helping catch Huggins.
He says, "That’s another person in jail who really deserves to be there."
