Recall: Children’s Ibuprofen Oral Suspension, USP

Strides Pharma Inc, a manufacturer for Taro Pharmaceuticals, is voluntarily recalling nearly 90,000 bottles of the Children’s Ibuprofen Oral Suspension, USP, 100 mg per 5mL, 4 FL OZ (120 mL) bottle, according to the Hamilton County Health Department.
The recall comes after consumers reported finding gel-like masses and black particles in the oral suspension.
They say the recall affects products with lot numbers 7261973A and 7261974A, expiring on January 31st, 2027.
