HCSO deputy dies following medical emergency

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) deputy has died following a medical emergency at his home.

The HCSO says the deputy was Chad Young.

In a statement they say:

“It is with great sadness that the men and women of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office announce the death of Deputy Chad Young, who passed away in a local hospital after suffering from a medical emergency at his home.”
