Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics (CSMO) has broken ground on its new 54,000-square-foot clinic and therapy facility on Tyner Road.

The $22 million project will include expanded clinic capacity, physical and occupational therapy services, advanced imaging (MRI and CT), and a dedicated Urgent + Ortho Walk-In Clinic.

“This is about improving the way we care for patients from start to finish. By bringing together clinic visits, imaging, therapy, and urgent orthopaedic care in one location, we’re creating a more seamless experience. When patients can move quickly from diagnosis to treatment to recovery, it leads to better outcomes and a better overall experience.”

– Dr. Ballard said.

Construction is under way with the facility expected to open in early 2027.
