CPD investigates incident at Patten Park
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — CPD is investigating an incident that occurred outside the John A. Patten Community Center on Kelly Ferrys Road.
They say there is no threat to the public and they are asking individuals to avoid the area for now.
