Soccer match to be hosted at Erlanger Park for 4th of July
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — An unconventional match will be held this Independence Day.
The Chattanooga Football Club will go head-to-head against Inter Miami II at Erlanger Park.
The home of the Lookouts will be transformed into a soccer stadium to accommodate the event.
Lookouts officials tell us that tickets are selling fast.
Dan Kopf, Vice President of Marketing, Chattanooga Lookouts tells us, “Yeah, what a great day I mean to celebrate America’s birthday at Erlanger Park with something we have not done before so we’re gonna have CFC versus Inter Miami two right behind us on this field playing soccer at a baseball stadium. How great is that? With post-game fireworks!”
The game starts at 7PM on July the 4th, which is next Saturday.
