Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office identifies driver and passenger in Boy Scout Road fatality

Hixson, TN (WDEF) – The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office completed its preliminary investigation on Friday morning’s fatal wreck on Boy Scout Road.
        Investigators determined a 2004 Chevy Cavalier, driven by 25-year-old Ada Gerena ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree while driving in a curve on the road.
        Michael Gillick, a one-year-old and two-year-old child were also in the car.
        The two-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
        The other three were taken to the hospital.
