Police Identify Pedestrian Killed on Highway 27

Sale Creek (WDEF) – the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department has identified the man killed last night on Highway 27 near Sale Creek.

The victim was 36-year old Bruce Hayes, Jr.

He was hit by a vehicle last night around 6PM at the intersection of Highway 27 and South Coulterville Road.

Investigators don’t know what he was doing in the highway.
