New details into sex scandal involving a Central High teacher

CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee (WDEF) – News 12 has obtained more details into an alleged case of statutory rape by a Central High school teacher.

Rebecca Feher, 24, of Chattanooga was arrested on Wednesday and charged with two counts of statutory rape by an authority figure after reportedly confessing to the allegations.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by News 12, the case against Feher began when several rumors started circulating around school about a teacher having sex with two male students.

When investigators spoke to both the male students and Feher, they learned the allegations were true after all parties involved confessed to the acts. According to the confession, the illegal sex acts took place inside Feher’s home.

According to statements by police, Feher enticed the students who are between the ages of 13 and 18.

News 12 has also learned there were several explicit messages and pictures exchanged between Feher and the two students. The explicit material is still under investigation.

A News 12 investigation found Feher also works at Brown Middle School as a Spanish teacher.

She has been released on a $40,000 bond and she’s scheduled to make her first appearance in court on December 8 in front of Judge Clarence Shattuck.

Feher has no prior criminal record.
