Hamilton County School Board member Greg Martin announces his own Advisory Committee to combat hazing and bullying

Hixson (TN) – School Board member Dr. Greg Martin of Hixson announced the formation of his own committee to look at bullying and hazing in Hamilton County Schools.
    Martin announced a Special Citizen’s Advisory Committee Tuesday night.
    It would work with the Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council and Hamilton County Council of PTAs.
    Hixson High School wrestling coach Garrick Hall will chair the committee made up of community members, education advocacy groups and a juvenile court judge.
    Members include Bridge-n-the-Gap President Wayne Brown, Community Volunteer Grant Crosslin, Everlina Holmes of UnifiED, Hamilton County Juvenile Court Judge Rob Philyaw, the owner of Elite Behavior Analysis Marcus Perez, and parent and community volunteer Lee Rogers.
