     Chattanooga Police respond to an early morning shooting.
     According to dispatch, someone shot someone in the 1700 Block South Hawthorne Street around 1:15am.

     Georgia Governor Nathan Deal issued a state of emergency for 21 counties ahead of snow and ice expected in the upcoming days.
     The order covers Dade, Walker, Catoosa, Chattooga, Whitfield, and Murray counties in our viewing area.
