Afternoon Shooting on Rossville Blvd

Chattanooga Police investigate an afternoon shooting. Police responded this afternoon to the 43-hundred block of
Rossville Boulevard. 26-year-old Joshua Ray was shot in the leg. Police say it appears to be a non-life-threatening wound.
