Grundy County Sheriff’s Office issues a BOLO
ORANGE HILL, Tenn. (WDEF)- Grundy County Sheriff’s office has issued a Be on the lookout for Paul David James.
Officials say that James broke into a house on Orange Hill.
The Sheriff’s office says that he was last seen wearing a black shirt, dark pants.
They believe that he is armed with a pistol.
