JOE FRUGAL: FREE Ice Cream Today at Ben & Jerry’s!

This year’s event says "thank you" to all the Ben & Jerry’s fans and celebrates the launch of three new flavors — Salted Caramel Blondie, Hazed & Confused, and Cotton Candy.

• Salted Caramel Blondie: Sweet cream ice cream with blonde brownies and a salted caramel swirl.
• Hazed & Confused: Hazelnut and chocolate ice creams with fudge chips and a hazelnut fudge swirl
• Cotton Candy: Cotton candy ice cream loaded with cotton candy pieces.

The company estimates that more than one-million cones will be given out today.
