Nursing Home credit card theft suspect charged with doing it again.

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – A few weeks again, Erik Avanier reported on charges filed against 20-year old Marcus Nix.

He was a nurses assistant at Alexian Village on Signal Mountain.

Police say he used resident’s identity to open bogus credit card accounts.

Now police have filed new charges, on new cases, that came while he is waiting trial on the last ones.
