Daniel Clark Faces Judge
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WDEF)- A grand jury will hear the case against a Dayton man accused of killing a store clerk in Nashville.
28-year-old Daniel Clark faced a judge this morning.
Police say Clark shot John Stevens 10 times during a robbery at a Nashville gas station, May 1st.
Detectives say Clark admitted to shooting Stevens multiple times “so he wouldn’t suffer.”
Clark was the subject of an amber alert, because he was traveling with missing 15-year-old Trinity Quinn, at the time of the shooting.
Clark and Quinn were taken into custody close to the Murder scene, hours after a manhunt.
Quinn is being held at the Metro Nashville Juvenile Justice Center.
