Monday’s shooting victim had history of gang violence

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga police identify the 17 year old killed on Monday in a shooting as 17 year old LaDarious Bush.

He was shot in a drive by, while he was playing video games inside a home.

LaDarious was no stranger to Chattanooga’s gang and violence problems.

Five years ago, his family was realing after their home was shot up.

And just months before, his older brother was killed in gang violence.

A younger LaDarious talked to News 12 Now with the rest of his family about the shooting.

He is the one in the white T-shirt.
