CBS46 News

FULTON COUNTY, GA (CBS46) – Fulton County’s district attorney wants to know if the crash that killed a child was intentional or not.

Ryan Lisabeth, 28, is accused of running over three children on a sidewalk.

Isaiah Ward, 9, died Sunday night when he was taken off of life support. The other children who were injured are Isaiah’s brother, 11-year-old Roland Ward, and their friend, 12-year-old Timothy Hood.

Relatives said both boys are showing signs of improvement.

Lisabeth is a repeat drug offender and District Attorney Paul Howard said had he been given the right treatment for his heroin addiction this could’ve been prevented.
