Police Charge suspect with Sunday night death
UPDATE: Michael Hicks was arrested for Assault the night before the homicide on Sunday.
A report by the Chattanooga Police Department says he was kicked out of Coyote Jacks Saloon on Saturday Night.
In the dispute with security for the club, witnesses said he threatened to get a gun and shoot the place up.
He was later pulled over by police concerning the incident and was taken into custody.
Hicks bonded out by Sunday.

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police charge a suspect for the death of a woman Sunday night near the airport.
Officers found the body of 40 year old Sherie Hinds at a home in the 3900 block of Caine Lane just after 9 PM.
They believe she was killed by blunt force trauma, but they are waiting for the Medical Examiner’s report for the exact cause.
Investigators identified and then located a suspect.
29 year old Michael Hicks faces a charge of criminal homicide.
Chattanooga Police are still looking for more information on what happened.
