Police investigating shooting on 36th Street

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanooga Police are investigating after a person was shot Sunday.

Chattanooga Police responded to an area near 36th Street and Divine Avenue this evening.

The shooting is in the very early stages of the investigation.

The victim is identified as a white male. Police say he was found suffering from a non-life threatening injury.

Police are working to figure out what exactly happened.
