Chattanooga Budget Vote Postponed

The city council was scheduled to have a final vote on the 2014-2015 budget Tuesday night.
In stead, they voted unanimously to postpone the vote until next week.
They rescheduled since councilman Ken Smith is on Vacation this week, and they want him to be able to vote.
The proposed budget addresses crime, road repairs, and much more.
