Driver killed in Hamill Road crash

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police say a driver was killed in the crash Tuesday in Hixson.

It happened at 2511 Hamill Road not far from Greenway Farm around 3 PM.

Traffic investigators say a Jeep Liberty swerved off the road several times and eventually hit a tree.

The 23 year old male driving the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
