Mocs Host a VMI Team That Has Not Had a Winning Season in 35 Years

Chattanooga hosts VMI this weekend.
The Keydets have not had a winning season since 1981.
But don’t tell Mocs coach Russ Huesman about their futility.
They nearly beat UTC last season.
Said Huesman:”We beat them 33-27. If we don’t convert a fourth down, they get the ball back and we hadn’t been stopping them very well during the course of that game. I think VMI has really taken some steps forward and has become a team that can beat anybody in the league.”
Kickoff Saturday at Finley Stadium is set for 2pm.
