Fagan Street house fire ruled arson

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Fire officials now believe the house fire on Fagan Street Friday morning was deliberately set.

The first call came in at 5:12 AM to the house at 4212 Fagan Street.

They found flames already spreading to the attic and a live power line down in the front yard.

The home was apparently under renovation and not occupied.

The house was a total loss.
