Ex Red Bank police officer Mark Kaylor trial begins

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Former Red Bank police officer Mark Kaylor goes on trial on charges of assaulting a man he had in cuffs.

The incident was caught on video.

A jury was selected on Tuesday morning, with testimony set to begin in the afternoon.
