Man charged with deadly shooting from October

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga police arrest a 20-year old
man after a deadly shooting back in October.

Chaztus D. Whaley faces a charge of second degree homicide.

On October 5th, Police got a call of a person shot in the 32-hundred block of 7th avenue.

LaRhonda Spence was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle, and died from her injuries.
