H&M opening first Chattanooga store

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – One of the world’s largest fashion retailers opens its doors to Chattanooga on Thursday.

H&M at Hamilton Place opens at noon.

They are offering gift certificates to the first shoppers, but they also want you to bring bags of old clothes.

H&M has a unique garment recycling program.

Donate a bag of unwanted clothing from any brand and you will get a voucher for 15% off your entire purchase (for each bag).

H&M began in Sweden, and now operates 4,000 stores worldwide.
