Red Bank home goes up in flames Tuesday morning

RED BANK, Tennessee (WDEF) – A Red Bank resident won’t be in her home tonight after a morning fire.

It happened at a house at 128 Goodson Avenue around 10:15 AM.

When Red Bank firefighters arrived, they found flames in the back of the home and pouring out the front door.

They contained the blaze, but not before major damage was don to the home.

Dallas Bay, Signal Mountain and Hamilton County EMS assisted with the fire.

Officials believe it was accidental and started in a back room.

No one was hurt.

The renter did not have renters insurance.
