Small Business Saturday in Chattanooga

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – This morning we paid a visit to K-Boutique which has been a well established small business in Northshore for several years.

The owner says Small Business Saturday is typically a bigger day for her store than Black Friday.

She also says small businesses are the backbone of the local economy.

“People are investing in Chattanooga and the money is staying local. We’re creating more and more opportunity for individuals here in town to really thrive and create a life that’s local and great. We’re lucky in Chattanooga that we have a tremendous support from the community as far as our local small businesses,” says owner Katherine Burger.

Of course the next big day for Christmas sales is Cyber Monday.
